Click on your account name in the upper right corner and select Orders from the dropdown control.
This will open the Orders screen and display the orders created on this account.
Click on your account name in the upper right corner and select Wall from the dropdown control. This will display the projects you have created and saved.
*Please Note: You can only view your wall if you have a registered Horizon account and are logged in.
It is important to keep your Horizon account credentials secure, but there is a simple way to change your password if you happen to forget.
Click Log In in the top right corner of the home page.
Click the words Forgot Your Password?
You will be re-directed to a screen that asks you to type in the email you used to open your Horizon account.
Click the Submit button and you will be sent an email with a password reset link.
Navigate to your email and click the password reset link.
*Note: It may take a few minutes for the email to reach your account.
You will then be re-directed to a page that asks you to create a new password.
Enter a new password into the field and press Submit.
Log in using your new password.
You will be taken to the Horizon homepage. You will know you are signed in if your name appears in green letters in the top right-hand corner of the homepage.
Opening a Horizon account is free and easy!
Click Sign Up in the top right corner of the Horizon home page.
Fill out the fields in the pop-up menu with your information.
Click Register in the bottom right-hand corner of the pop-up menu.
You will be re-directed to a login screen.
Before logging in, navigate to the email account you provided for the account and click on the activation link in the Activate Your Account email.
You will be prompted to Set Your Password. Set the desired password then click Submit.
You will be re-directed back to the Horizon Log In screen.
You can now click on the Log In button in the top right corner.
Enter the Username and Password you just created.
Press Enter and you should be logged in. Your name should appear in the top right-hand corner of the homepage.
Have your finished design displayed on the screen.
Click on one of the background thumbnail images displayed on the left side of the of the design panel.
The design will be displayed on a virtual wall, showing what the finished project would look like framed and hung on the wall.
Click on the arrows on the sides of the image to toggle through the different virtual previews of your design.
Click the small “X” on the screen to exit the preview mode.
Click on your account name in the upper right corner and select Wall on the dropdown control.
This will open the Wall: Projects screen and display the saved designs on this account.
Click on your account name in the upper right corner and select Profile from the dropdown control.
You can change your password by entering the new password in the New Password field and the old password in the Current Password field.
Click Save Profile to save the changes.
